Dean Gunderson, President
Dean’s career in the building industry spans more than five decades, beginning with selling metal buildings and evolving into ownership and management of several successful businesses. His experience and strong reputation laid the foundation for Helsan Development, which he established in 1992. That same year, he acquired the land for Helsan Business Park, where the first spec building was completed in 1996.
For the past 30 years, Dean has continued to expand Helsan’s footprint with the development and construction of additional buildings within the park. Today, Helsan Development owns and manages five buildings in Helsan Business Park, a testament to his vision and commitment to long-term growth.
Jennifer Miller, Vice President
A central focus of Jennifer’s work has been cultivating strong, lasting relationships with tenants across our portfolio of properties, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that supports both their success and ours.
Jennifer began her career in 1997 with the family business, gaining experience across all facets of operations. She later contributed to the launch of Helsan Development, playing a key role in establishing and growing the company.
Jennifer’s responsibilities have spanned financial management, marketing, operations, and property management. Within property management, She has overseen the full cycle of activities—from marketing vacant spaces and securing tenants to ensuring ongoing tenant satisfaction and retention.
Karen Wilde, Operations Manager
Karen has been a valued member of Helsan since 1997, bringing consistency and expertise to the company’s operations. She manages all bookkeeping and accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and reliability.
Beyond her financial oversight, Karen plays a vital role in daily operations and overall office management, helping maintain efficiency across the business. She also collaborates closely with Jennifer in tenant and property management, supporting tenant relations and the smooth management of Helsan’s properties.
