- Existing Lease Space: We have several multi-tenant and single tenant buildings for Lease.
- Build-to-Suit Lease Space: We have the capability to build a Build-to-Suit Lease Building (single tenant or multi-tenant) for a business to exactly meet their needs.
- Lease-to-Own Space: For a business that wants to own, but does not have the finances required at this time, we can create a Lease-to-Own scenario for that business.
